Orders shipped within the European Union (EU) are free from customs duties. For international orders shipped outside our primary logistics hub, packages may be subject to local import taxes or customs clearance fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
While transit delays can occasionally happen due to weather or carrier volume, we monitor shipments closely. If your tracking status has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact our support team. All our shipments are insured, and we will either locate the package or dispatch a replacement for you.
Because we ship premium, high-value products and delicate film rolls that require careful handling and a signature upon delivery, we highly recommend using a physical residential or business address. We cannot guarantee successful delivery to automated parcel lockers or PO Boxes.

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unopened items in their original packaging (such as tools, accessories, and full rolls). Due to the precise nature of our business, custom pre-cut film kits that have been peeled from their backing or modified cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If any product is damaged during transit or if anything is missing, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and items. We will arrange a free replacement immediately.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our warehouse, we will send you an email confirmation. Approved refunds are processed automatically back to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
