Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Autocarex. We value your business and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.

1. Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your order to request a return or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be unused, unrolled, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original, undamaged packaging (including all protective plastics, boxes, labels, and tags).
  • Custom-cut items (such as window films or PPF rolls cut to specific linear meter requests) or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • The original receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase must be provided.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team via email at support@autocarex.com (or through our Contact Form) with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your request is approved, pack the item securely to avoid any damage during transit.
  3. Ship the package to our designated return address.

Note: Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part, the buyer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation. If approved:

  • The refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (credit/debit card, bank transfer, etc.).
  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please inspect the package immediately upon delivery. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can issue a free replacement or full refund.

 

Shipping Policy

At Autocarex, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping guidelines, processing times, and costs below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and official holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
  • Note: Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer courier delivery services to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition (especially delicate items like window film and PPF rolls).

  • Standard Delivery (Local/Regional): Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days from the dispatch date.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over a specific threshold (e.g., orders over €150 / 3000 MDL).

3. In-Store Pickup / Local Warehouse Pickup

If you prefer to collect your items directly and avoid shipping fees, we offer a local pickup option:

  • During checkout, select "Local Pickup".
  • After placing your order, it will be ready for collection within 2 to 4 hours. We will send you an email or SMS notification when it is ready, along with pickup instructions and hours.

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking link to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier's system.

5. Packaging Quality

We take extra precautions when packing delicate materials. All window films, wrap films, and PPF orders are shipped in heavy-duty, reinforced cardboard tubes to prevent any wrinkling, crushing, or damage during transportation.

6. Shipping Damages

If you receive your package and notice that the outer packaging or the product inside is visibly damaged, please:

  • File a report directly with the courier driver upon delivery if possible.
  • Take clear photos of the damaged box and products immediately.
  • Contact our support team within 48 hours at office@autocarex.com so we can resolve the issue and send a replacement.
